L. TATRO, IV AUTHOR of The Survival Guide for the Downsized is
a graduate of Alfred University with a degree in Economics. Bill spent
five years in the classroom where he taught mathematics. His love of
teaching carried over into a new profession called Finance. He yielded to
the call of Wall Street where his grandfather had been a stock broker for
57 years. Completing a highly successful career at Prudential Bache, now
called Prudential Financial, this Senior Vice President and Chairman
Counselor, the highest group at Prudential Securities, left in 1991 to
form the estate planning firm of Eagle Steward Ltd. in Rochester, New
