Robert Katz has been a partner in a New
Orleans-based certified public accounting firm for the past twenty
years. His areas of specialty include personal financial planning,
tax and estate planning, and health care consulting. He received a
bachelor's degree from Louisiana State University and a master's degree
from the University of New Orleans. He is a Certified Public
Accountant and a Registered Investment Advisor. Bob is the author
of The Physician's Survival Guide to the Business of Medicine and The
Family Practitioner's Survival Guide to the Practice of Medicine.
He resides with his wife (and co-author) Jamie, and their two children
in New Orleans.
Jamie Katz is a
native of New Orleans. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from
Loyola University where she majored in communications. She is
presently an active member of her church, White Dove Fellowship.
In addition to writing with her husband, she enjoys intercession and
teaching a Bible based Leaders Acquiring Freedom class. Jamie and
her husband Bob have been married for 19 years.
